Even if you leave your job voluntarily for a new job ie. resign, you'll never really know what you are getting yourself in your new job! Its just a game of musical chairs and merry go round year after year when the season of job-hopping comes. People leave an unsatisfactory role for another one which another disillusioned person has just vacated!
